With a bold, entertainment-led approach, Edenred came back on air with a new integrated campaign for Ticket Restaurant. Fronted by Forest and enriched by the unmistakable voices of the Gialappa’s Band, the campaign turns product communication into a show-inspired experience across TV, radio, social, and digital, blending clarity and entertainment in a distinctive, contemporary narrative
PROBLEM
Ticket Restaurant is a comprehensive yet complex solution, often perceived as difficult to understand and underestimated by small businesses and freelancers. Edenred needed to overcome this barrier by making the product more accessible and more memorable without losing sight of its functional value, aiming to turn explanation into engagement.

Ticket Restaurant is a comprehensive yet complex solution, often perceived as difficult to understand and underestimated by small businesses and freelancers. Edenred needed to overcome this barrier by making the product more accessible and more memorable without losing sight of its functional value, aiming to turn explanation into engagement.

Ticket Restaurant becomes a full-blown show. Set in a vibrant, pop-inspired TV studio, the campaign features a playful, colorful set, unexpected props and an over-the-top performance by Forest, the perfect host to guide audiences through the product’s benefits with clarity and irony.
The entertainment-driven approach extends beyond TV: while Forest leads on television and social, the Gialappa’s Band bring their sharp sarcasm to radio and YouTube, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Inspired by the language of big TV shows, the campaign makes complexity enjoyable and approachable, turning Ticket Restaurant into the star of the show and proving that even functional products can be compelling when told in the right way.
