Tecnimont, the engineering arm of the Maire Group, wanted to express a new way of thinking about innovation – one that bridges the rigor of engineering with the power of imagination. “Dreams Are In The Making” is a campaign that embodies such balance: an evocative AI-driven video that became the cornerstone of a 360 communication platform, reimagining how the company speaks to talent, partners and the wider industry.

Challenge
In an industry defined by precision, compliance and safety, Tecnimont needed to tell a story that went beyond efficiency and technical expertise. The challenge was to humanize engineering and show that behind the blueprints and pipelines lies creativity, vision and imagination. The company wanted to attract new generations of engineers and innovators, positioning itself as a space where creativity doesn’t compete with discipline, but thrives alongside it.

Another challenge was production itself: how to represent visionary worlds without compromising HSE standards or revealing confidential industrial sites. The answer came through generative AI, here used not as a fad, but as a functional tool to unlock imagination responsibly and securely.
Result
We helped Tecnimont define a narrative where “dreaming” and “doing” coexist in perfect balance. Drawing inspiration from science fiction cinema (Tarkovsky, Kubrick, Nolan), surreal art and industrial photography, we developed a visual language that turned engineering into a cinematic experience.
The story was told through a film entirely created and refined with AI tools: surreal yet grounded, poetic yet precise. Set to the waltz section of Berlioz’s Symphonie Fantastique, the video celebrates the harmony between movement, structure and imagination, but also between the tangible and the visionary. Launched during Maire’s Capital Markets Day, the short film marked the first chapter of a broader campaign that evolved into a full brand experience:
digital activations across social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), to showcase the company’s new creative identity;
talent attraction initiatives to emphasize the blend of innovation and human ambition;
Outcome
“Dreams Are In The Making” redefined Tecnimont’s communication strategy, proving that imagination and execution are not opposites but partners in progress. The campaign’s success lies not only in its artistic impact but in its strategic clarity: it positioned Tecnimont as a forward-thinking leader in EPC, a company capable of inspiring the next generation of engineers to dream boldly, and build beautifully too.
